Sword sheath Golden honor
A ski fit for a king, decorated with a beautifully matching set of handmade mouth and shoe. Handmade in the same way as the Vikings made skis 1000 years ago. The ski has a wooden interior and a hand-carved wooden belt bridge. The body is covered in black leather and decorated with blood red, leather straps and inlays. The medallion and chape have intricate and detailed designs from the Viking Age and are hand cast in bronze. The belt and baldric are held by a dark wooden bridge, just like in the original.
Made to fit a blade that is 70cm long and up to 5cm wide at the base.
