This brass-set stone pendant with Mahogany Obsidian, is available in two variants, one gold-coloured and one silver-coloured. A cherished child has many names. In its original form this piece of jewellery is over 1000 years old. It is called a Gotland pendant, Freya ball, Gotland ball or Fröjel ball after one of the find sites, Fröjel on Gotland.

Our Fröjel balls are as popular now as they were 1000 years ago. The inspiration for these pieces is drawn from several different originals from Viking Age Gotland. The original version is in silver with rock crystal and has been found in several sizes. Our version is handmade in brass and is also available in a silver-plated edition. All the stones are genuine semi-precious stones. The jewellery is of course nickel-free.
